  • 2 pints cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 (16-oz. packages) potato gnocchi
  • 2 (4-oz.) balls fresh burrata cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant (about 2 minutes).
  2. Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until they break down (10-12 minutes). Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper before stirring in heavy cream.
  3. In boiling water, cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  4. Combine cooked gnocchi and reserved pasta water with tomato sauce; toss for about 2 minutes until thickened. Stir in fresh basil.
