Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 Granny Smith apples (washed and dried)
  • 24 oz caramel (like Peter's or Kraft)
  • 16 oz white almond bark or white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly, removing their stems. Insert apple sticks halfway into each apple.
  2. Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl to make the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  3. Freeze prepared apples on a parchment-lined baking sheet while melting the caramel according to package instructions.
  4. Dip each frozen apple into melted caramel, scraping off excess. Return to the lined baking sheet and freeze briefly.
  5. Melt the white almond bark and dip each caramel-coated apple, sprinkling with cinnamon sugar immediately after.
  6. Freeze again for about 5 minutes to set before slicing and serving.
