  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 8 large prawns (cleaned with shells on)
  • 12 chilies
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Fresh lemon wedges and crusty bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare your BBQ by lighting firelighters and adding charcoal.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil, grate in garlic, and finely slice chilies. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice and zest, cooking gently until garlic is fragrant.
