  • 8 oz mushrooms (cleaned and dried)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white apple vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Cut the beef steak into 1-inch cubes and marinate them in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the steak marinates, clean the mushrooms. If large, halve them for even cooking.
  4. Thread the marinated steak cubes and mushrooms alternately onto skewers.
  5. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the kabobs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
