  • 2/3 cup poppy seed dressing
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bow-tie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey, celery, cranberries, nuts, and green onions.
  3. In another bowl, mix poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and optional sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the mixture and pour the dressing over it. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
