  • 1/2 cup peach nectar or juice
  • 1 pound peeled and chopped peaches
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut in pieces

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar

Instructions
