Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking pan to form an even layer.
  3. Chill the base while preparing the filling.
  4. Dissolve vegan gelatin in warm water and let it thicken.
  5. Mix whipped cream, bubblegum yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the dissolved vegan gelatin gently.
