  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 8 Russet potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 810 slices cooked crumbled turkey bacon
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce, olive oil, ranch seasoning, and black pepper. Toss in the diced potatoes until evenly coated.
  4. Spread seasoned potatoes on the sheet pan in a single layer.

  7. Remove from the oven; top with cheeses and crumbled turkey bacon. Bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
