  • 1 1/2 lbs ripe tomatoes (34 medium)
  • 1216 oz fresh mozzarella
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Layer sliced tomatoes on a serving platter.
