  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lump crab meat, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if desired), parsley, and lemon juice. Gently mix until just combined.
  2. Shape mixture into six equal patties about 1 inch thick. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
