  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (divided)
  • 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the ketchup.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with remaining ketchup. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over the meatloaf layer; top with cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Bake again for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
