  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions or chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. For an extra crusty finish, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh chives before serving warm with toasted baguette slices or fresh veggies.
