  • 5 ounces soft caramels
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (or whole milk)
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 ounce white chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by placing the candy mold on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Coat each egg mold with melted chocolate and refrigerate to harden.
  4. Combine caramels and heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until melted; mix in chopped pecans.
  5. Fill hardened molds with caramel filling, leaving space at the top.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate and refrigerate again until set.
  7. Unmold the eggs and decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkles.
