  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs (e.g., Ritz or Keebler Club)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the broccoli by thawing if frozen and microwaving for about 5 minutes; drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the broccoli, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, milk, beaten egg, and salt until well combined. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
