  • 11 ounces spicy chicken sausage
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by mincing the garlic, grating the Parmesan, and chopping the chicken sausages into smaller pieces.
  2. Boil the rigatoni in salted water until al dente, then drain, reserving a cup of cooking water.
