45 cucumber slices
34 slices of ripe tomato
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or green onion (for garnish)
Instructions
Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown and spread butter or olive oil on top.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper. Heat butter or olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and gently stir until fluffy.
