  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 package cheese-filled ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the beef mixture at the bottom. Add a layer of cooked ravioli followed by mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients, finishing with a top layer of cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
