  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until golden brown (about 1 minute).
  4. Add seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6 minutes per side until golden brown.
