  • 1 red or green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 cup English cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot; add salt and cook ditalini pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
