  • 24 cupcakes (baked and cooled using your favorite cake mix)
  • Pink frosting
  • Purple frosting
  • Green frosting
  • Jelly beans
  • 4 vegan marshmallow Bunny Peeps

Instructions

  1. Bake your favorite cake mix into 24 cupcakes according to package instructions and let cool completely.
  2. Arrange cooled cupcakes in a bowl shape for the basket base and arch some for the handle.
  3. Use pink frosting with a Wilton 1M piping tip to pipe rosettes forming the basket handle.
  4. Pipe purple rosettes on the bottom cupcakes using the same tip.
  5. Use green frosting with a Wilton 233 piping tip to create grass on top of the basket.
  6. Pipe small pink flowers around the base using the pink frosting.
  7. Scatter jelly beans around the grass for extra color and sweetness.
  8. Finally, place four vegan marshmallow Bunny Peeps on top.
