Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box white or yellow cake mix (13.25 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 58 M&Ms (or 2 per cookie cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and flour.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract; stir until well combined.
  4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to firm it up.
  5. Roll the chilled dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  6. Roll each ball in sugar before placing them into each muffin cup of your greased muffin pan.
  7. Gently press down on each ball to create a well in the center.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for about 14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
  9. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
  10. Heat in short bursts (15 seconds), stirring in between until smooth.
  11. Once cooled, fill each cookie cup with white chocolate ganache.
  12. Top each with two M&Ms to create your adorable bunny faces.
