  • 1 box of Betty Crocker French Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) Jello Instant Vanilla or French Vanilla Pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 carton of Cool Whip
  • McCormick Neon Colors Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  2. Divide batter into three bowls, adding different food coloring to each.
  3. Fill Ziploc bags with colored batter and layer into a greased 9×13 pan.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Once cooled, poke holes in the cake and pour over prepared pudding mixture.
  6. Top with Cool Whip and add festive sprinkles.
