  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine rice and chicken broth; bring to a boil then simmer covered for 15-18 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sear seasoned chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
