Indulge in the delightful taste of Easy Pistachio Croissants, a quick and elegant treat that can elevate any brunch or dessert table. These flaky croissants are filled with a creamy pistachio mixture and topped with crunchy pistachios, offering a perfect balance of textures and flavors.

  • 2 croissants
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp pistachio paste
  • 3 tbsp chopped pistachios (for topping)
  • 3 tbsp pistachio paste (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Chop deshelled pistachios and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, pour heavy cream and add sugar. Whip using an electric whisk until soft peaks form (about 3 minutes).
  3. Mix in 1.5 tablespoons of pistachio paste and continue whipping until stiff peaks form (another 2 minutes).
  4. Carefully slice each croissant in half horizontally.
  5. Fill each croissant with the whipped pistachio cream using a piping bag or spoon.
  6. Add extra whipped cream on top of each filled croissant and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  7. Drizzle with additional pistachio paste before serving.
