  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup unsalted roasted cashews
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; marinate in soy sauce for 15 minutes if desired.
