  • 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice and zest of 2 large lemons
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 11/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 11/2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice and zest, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried basil, garlic powder, dried parsley, oregano, and white pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. Pour the marinade over your chosen steaks in a dish or zip-top bag. Ensure they are well coated and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill on high heat about 20 minutes before cooking. Remove steaks from the fridge to come to room temperature.
  4. Grill steaks for about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (135°F internal temperature). Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
