  • 450 g white chocolate
  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • Few drops of pink or red food coloring (optional)
  • 23 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry pieces for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch tin with baking paper, leaving some overhang.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Melt using a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Divide the melted mixture in half; add the freeze-dried strawberry powder and optional food coloring to one half.
  4. Pour the white fudge into the prepared tin, then dollop the pink mixture on top. Use a toothpick to swirl.
  5. Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberry pieces and refrigerate for 4 hours until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
