  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow the chicken to rest before slicing into strips.
  2. While the chicken rests, dice the avocados and tomatoes, and chop the lettuce.
