  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (plus more for cooking)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spinach by washing and chopping it finely. Mince the garlic.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, minced garlic, lemon zest, almond flour, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
