  • 1 pound thick-cut Turkey
  • 1 large yellow onion
  • 3 large cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut larger potatoes in half and boil them with salt until tender (10-15 minutes). Drain and let steam-dry before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Fry Turkey in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
