Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by mixing soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Coat the chicken breasts well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. While the chicken grills, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté broccoli florets for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still bright green.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream with remaining minced garlic and any leftover marinade. Heat through without boiling.
  5. Slice the grilled chicken into strips and layer it over sautéed broccoli in bowls. Drizzle generously with creamy garlic sauce before serving.
