  • 1 T Spike seasoning
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the marinade by mixing balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and spices.
  2. Trim chicken breasts to uniform thickness; make small slits for marination.
  3. Marinate chicken in a Ziploc bag for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator.
