  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin
  • ½ cup Soy Vay® Island Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 lbs pineapple
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Steak: Cut the steak into 1.5-inch cubes, place them in a dish, pour the teriyaki sauce over top, cover, and refrigerate for at least three hours.
  2. Prepare Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chop Vegetables & Pineapple: Cut the peppers and onion into large squares and the pineapple into wedges. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble Kabobs: Thread marinated steak cubes along with vegetables and pineapple onto soaked skewers.
  5. Grill Kabobs: Cook on medium-high heat until veggies are tender and beef reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
  6. Serve Hot: Baste with extra teriyaki sauce during grilling before serving.
