  • Black pepper powder

  • Scallion (cut into strips)
  • Soy sauce
  • Cooking sake or rice vinegar
  • Sesame oil
  • Honey
  • Mirin

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the chicken wings, then marinate with soy sauce, cooking sake, sesame oil, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine honey, soy sauce, mirin, and cooking sake until thickened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). Bake the marinated wings for 10 minutes.
  4. Brush half of the glaze on the wings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Apply the remaining glaze and bake for another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
