  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (pureed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Divide the mixture in half; stir cocoa powder into one half for the chocolate layer.
  4. Puree fresh strawberries until smooth for the swirl.
  5. Spoon alternating layers of plain and chocolate mixtures into the crust, swirling with a knife as desired.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours.
