  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ⅓ cup Dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  1. Cream the room temperature butter with white and brown sugars until light and fluffy.

  3. Gradually add dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in white chocolate chips. refrigerate the dough for about 45–60 minutes.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop about two tablespoons of dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10–11 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
