  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and eggs until just mixed.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each) and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. While baking, heat crushed tomatoes in a saucepan with Italian seasoning until simmering.
  5. Add baked meatballs to the sauce for an additional 5 minutes on low heat.
