Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and lavender until combined.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix in honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown at the edges.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for five minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
