  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, and water; mix until smooth.
