  • 2 tbsp (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or basil), chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash zucchinis and mushrooms thoroughly. Slice zucchini into half-moons about half an inch thick.
