  • 1 loaf ciabatta or French bread
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped artichokes and spinach until evenly combined.
  4. Hollow out the top of the bread loaf and scoop out some insides.
  5. Generously stuff the filling into the hollowed loaf.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
