  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 pieces lime wedges
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp sriracha or chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic; grate ginger; chop onion and bell peppers.
  2. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and optional sesame oil for at least 15 minutes.
