6 ripe oranges
150 g sugar
3 eggs
150 g butter
150 g dark chocolate
100 g flour
Instructions
Prepare the oranges: Cut off the tops of each orange and carefully remove the flesh without damaging the skin. Squeeze the flesh to extract juice and set aside.
Make the batter: In a mixing bowl, combine sugar with 50 ml of orange juice. Add eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate. Gradually mix in flour until well combined.
Assemble and bake: Place the hollowed oranges upside down on a parchment-lined baking tray. Fill each orange with the batter evenly and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
