  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

  1. Prepare the oranges: Cut off the tops of each orange and carefully remove the flesh without damaging the skin. Squeeze the flesh to extract juice and set aside.
  2. Make the batter: In a mixing bowl, combine sugar with 50 ml of orange juice. Add eggs, melted butter, and melted dark chocolate. Gradually mix in flour until well combined.
  3. Assemble and bake: Place the hollowed oranges upside down on a parchment-lined baking tray. Fill each orange with the batter evenly and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve: Dust with icing sugar and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
