  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to the appropriate setting.
  2. Pat the potatoes dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir in olive oil to form a paste.
  4. Add the dried potato cubes to the spice mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet or place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes in the oven or air fry for about 20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
