Ingredients

  • 40 g Raw Ginger Root
  • 80 g Raw Turmeric Root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 200 mL Filtered Water
  • 6 pinches Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse and peel ginger and turmeric roots; chop into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and slice lemon and oranges, removing seeds.
  3. Blend all ingredients together with water until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher.
  5. Pour into sealable vials (approx. 60 ml each) and add a pinch of black pepper to each.
