- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 2 medium grated carrots
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 1 diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon sumac
