  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz tub whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  2. Layer graham crackers in a 9×13-inch dish followed by half of the pudding mixture. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding, finishing with a final layer of graham crackers.
