  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
