  • 1/4 cup sugar (for filling)

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 ounces heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and slice the peaches, removing the pits.

  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly. Stir in heavy cream until clumps form.
