  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • ⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook potstickers until golden on the bottom (2–3 minutes). Add water, cover, and steam for 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add remaining oil and stir-fry broccoli, carrots, and snow peas for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and white parts of green onions; sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey or brown sugar; pour into skillet and toss to coat vegetables.
  5. Return potstickers to skillet; gently mix for an additional 2 minutes to absorb flavors.
  6. Garnish with green onion tops and sesame seeds before serving.
